Fleet Rosters for BC Transit and Translink

Rosters in report form are available for both BC Transit and Translink. Generally these are more up-to-date than the database.

For Translink, three versions are available. The first, an official one issued by Translink, in chart form. Buses are listed in batches, which may be hard to follow, but it’s an invaluable resource.  It is called a Fleet Model Allocation chart. In the knowledgebase, previous editions can be searched for using the term FMA. Secondly, a Revenue Vehicle listing is produced from time-to-time. This contains VINs for Coast Mountain Bus Company buses, along with their current allocation. Thirdly, Terry Muirhead produces an Excel spreadsheet of Translink’s roster. Each vehicle is listed singly, and is based not only on the official roster, but on sightings as well. I upload this as a PDF file with Terry’s kind permission. You’ll find that a colour code is used to identify the livery of each vehicle.

Added recently is a means for you to report fleet movements. If you see a bus running from a new depot, please select the uppermost link at left and enter details. (For example, if you see 7208 running a RTC route, enter 7208r). These sightings are entered into a separate database. Thank you!
